Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for requesting refunds for products and services provided by Corvus Intelligence LLC ("Corvus Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Eligibility

  • Refund eligibility and conditions are determined by the applicable service agreement or order form.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in your agreement. If no timeframe is specified, requests must be made within 60 calendar days of the payment date.
  • Refund requests submitted more than 90 calendar days after the payment date cannot be processed.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@corvusintell.com with the following information:

  • Your invoice or transaction reference number
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Your contact details

3. Processing

  • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days of receipt.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 banking days, depending on your financial institution.

4. Refund Methods

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction (card, bank transfer, or other).
  • No additional fees will be charged to the customer for processing a refund.

5. Full Refunds

  • If a full refund is processed on the same day as the original payment, any applicable payment processing fees will also be refunded.
  • If a full refund is processed after the day of payment, payment processing fees may not be refundable.

6. Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the extent of services delivered.
  • Payment processing fees are not refundable for partial refunds.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom software development services that have been fully delivered and accepted
  • Consulting and professional services already rendered
  • Third-party fees or licenses procured on your behalf

8. Cancellation

For subscription-based services, cancellation terms are governed by your service agreement. If you cancel a subscription before the end of a paid term, no refund will be issued for the remaining period unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
